ABSTRACT: At present, the problem of benefit distribution of multi-energy joint delivery alliance which is affected
by the "dual carbon" target needs to be solved urgently. On the basis of the traditional Shapley value method,
considering the contribution fairness, four indexes of resource input, risk allocation, carbon policy influence, and
contribution degree are introduced, and the improved Shapley model based on the cloud gravity method is
constructed. The example analysis shows that compared with the traditional Shapley value allocation strategy, the
improved Shapley model based on the cloud gravity method better matches the benefits of the subject and the
comprehensive contribution.

The Importance of Minimizing Cyberloafing Behavior in Village Apparatus Employees
Riza Bahtiar Sulistyan 1, Budiyanto 2, Suhermin 3
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5506
ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze cyberloafing behavior among employees in Lumajang Regency, as well as the
factors that affect it. In addition, this study also evaluates the impact of cyberloafing on work productivity and the
effectiveness of organizational policies in overcoming this phenomenon. This study uses a qualitative approach
with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies
related to internet use policies in the work environment. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify
patterns of cyberloafing behavior and its supporting factors. Data triangulation is applied to ensure the validity of
research findings. The results of the study show that cyberloafing in Lumajang Regency occurs in various forms,
especially the use of social media, watching videos, and other online activities during working hours. The main
factors that drive this behavior are unrestricted internet access, lack of supervision, and employee perception that
cyberloafing does not have a significant impact on work. These findings are consistent with previous research
suggesting that cyberloafing can reduce productivity if left uncontrolled, but also serves as a stress reduction
mechanism. Therefore, a more balanced policy is needed between supervision and freedom of employees in using
the internet. Strategies such as access time restrictions, time management training, and strengthening internal
regulations can help control cyberloafing without sacrificing work comfort.

EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION: THE CASE OF TURKISH SMES
Evren AYRANCI
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5507
ABSTRACT: This study scrutinizes job satisfaction factors of employees working at small and medium-sized
enterprizes (SMEs) in Beylikduzu Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) in Istanbul, Turkey. It is debated that reliance
on a single construct may fail to get a peripheral picture of the job satisfaction, and therefore a multi-construct
approach was facilitated by involving multiple related instruments. This peripheral picture is also reinforced by
emphasizing all such enterprizes in any sector to overarch the reliance on sector-specific job satisfaction data. The
initial findings point out that there are four factors that totally constitute job satisfaction; job characteristics,
contentment, support and treatment, and materiality. Further evidence reveals that technical and financial aspects
of job satisfaction go on before psycho-social aspects.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5515
ABSTRACT: This study explores age-related effects on Financial Literacy (FL), Personal Financial Management
(PFM), and Utilization of Financial Products (FPU) among members of Y-Save Multi-Purpose Cooperative in
Uganda. Different age groups categorised as young adults (18-30 years), middled adults (31-50 years) and older
adults (Above 50 years) exhibit different FL levels and financial behaviours towards PFM. The study utilised a
mixed-methods approach, combining a quantitative online survey of 322 members analysed using descriptive and
inferential statistics with a qualitative document review of relevant Y-Save Multi-Purpose Cooperative reports that
were selected purposively. The study was guided by the following hypotheses: (i)There is no significant difference
in FL among different age groups of members of Y-Save; (ii)There is no significant difference in PFM among
different age groups of members of Y Save; and (iii) There is no significant difference in FPU among different age
groups of members of Y Save. The findings showed that there was a statistically significant difference in Financial
Literacy and PFM among different age groups while there was no significant difference with FPU. The document
review indicated that Y-Save had been carrying out FL and PFM programs, however, there was need to measure
the extent of involvement of the different age groups. The findings indicated low FL and PFM among the young
adults as compared to their counterparts. All age groups were utilizing the available financial products with the
loan product having been consistently utilised over the years. The recommendations include; providing FL
programs for young adults below 25 years and 25-35years on savings, budgeting, investing, managing debt and risk
diversification. These constituted about 70% of the population, and the revitalization of the share capital product.

Retirement Readiness: A Dual Perspective on Financial Planning for Private and Public Institution
Randy B. Baguio & Romel C. Nemino
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5522
ABSTRACT: The study undertook a comprehensive and dual perspective study on retirement readiness, which was
an existing study undertaken to study the level of preparedness, variations that are significant, and the predictors
for retirement preparedness amongst personnel in public and private HEIs. A quantitative research method
specifically descriptive correlational design is utilized in the conduct of this study. In addition, Multiple Linear
Regression was employed to calculate the impact of financial planning and preparations, as well as financial
knowledge and behavior, on retirement readiness among HEI public and private employees co-occur with the
utilization of mean to assess the significance of financial knowledge and behavior, financial planning and
preparations, and retirement preparedness among HEI's private and public employees. Based on the outcome
generated in this study, the private group reported a moderate level of preparedness, with the mean score 3.31,
while the public group viewed themselves at a higher scale, with a mean score of 3.44. The composite grand mean
value of 3.38 indicates, therefore, a moderate level of retirement preparedness across the board. Furthermore, the
findings depict that employees still face significant shortcomings in financial management even though they make
a concerted effort to save for retirement by investing compensation proceeds, developing a positive outlook on
retirement, and reducing potential financial hardships. The study indicated moderate progress in financial planning
and preparations, with slightly more preparedness by the public sector than that by their private sector
counterpart.

Legal Protection Regulation for Healthcare Professionals in Private Hospitals in Indonesia from the Perspective of Justice Values
Muhammad Purnomo 1, Gunarto 2, Sri Endah Wahyuningsih 3 and Anis Mashdurohatun 4
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5523
ABSTRACT: Private and public hospitals have the responsibility to maintain the quality of healthcare services, which
is one of the key factors in fulfilling the public's right to health. Since hospitals provide services, they must ensure
patient satisfaction. Therefore, actions that prioritize public interest are necessary to deliver genuinely good
services to the community. Legal protection for healthcare professionals in hospitals is crucial. This research aims
to analyze and identify the regulations concerning legal protection for healthcare professionals in private hospitals
in Indonesia that are still lacking in fairness, based on the values of Pancasila justice. The research method adopts
a positivist paradigm, using doctrinal legal research with a normative juridical approach. The primary data source is
secondary data obtained through a literature review of various regulations related to the healthcare profession. The
data is analyzed qualitatively using deductive logic. The research findings indicate that the legal protection
regulations for healthcare professionals in private hospitals in Indonesia still face issues of injustice and
inadequacy. Although Law No. 17 of 2023 has acknowledged the critical role of healthcare professionals and
granted them certain rights, its implementation remains hindered, particularly in terms of legal responsibilities and
protection against professional risks. Healthcare professionals play an essential role in healthcare services, yet
existing regulations do not fully protect them from legal risks arising from medical actions. Therefore, additional
balanced regulations are needed to better protect healthcare services as a profession. Weaknesses include a lack of
coordination between the government, hospitals, and professional associations, as well as limitations in
monitoring legal protection in private hospitals. This encompasses attitudes, awareness, and compliance among
the public, especially healthcare professionals and hospital management, toward regulations.

Performance assessment of a modified stepped solar still in the climate of libya
Ali. F. Muftah *1, Ramzi Adress Alabeedi 2
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5533
ABSTRACT: Due to the huge surface, it is challenging to maintain the minimum depth in a traditional basin-type
solar still. However, a basin-type stepped solar still, which minimizes the basin's area by using small trays, can try
to boost production per unit area by reducing the thermal inertia of the water mass. A novel kind of stepped solar
still was created and constructed for this study. Furthermore, theoretical analysis has been done to forecast the
output of distilled water. The majority of the numerical models of basin-type solar stills use the temperature and
vapor pressure on the water's surface and the still's cover to determine the connections between evaporative heat
and mass transfer. The energy balance equations for the absorber plate, saline water, and solar still glass cover are
solved in order to obtain the results of the energy balance equations. According to the results, the modified
stepped still's production is roughly 83% and 103% higher than that of the conventional solar still and the stepped
solar still without modification. Additionally, the modified stepped still's daily efficiency is roughly 23% higher
than that of the conventional solar still and 57% higher than that of the stepped solar still without modification.

Interrogating Labour Strike in the Contemporary Nigerian Industrial Relations System: The Right and Limitations in Focus
Longe, Olukayode. (PhD)
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5538
ABSTRACT: This paper interrogates the issue of labour strike in the Nigerian industrial relations system. Central to
the discourse are the accentuated matters of the right to strike and its limitations. From the extant literature, these
duo components of industrial relations have customarily been objects of contestation and curtailment attempt
from government and other employers of labour. This raises some pertinent questions, which are: Is incessant
labour strike good for any industrial relations system? What is right to strike? and does it exist in Nigeria? and Is
there any limitation on the right to strike in the country? or Is this limitation in conformity with the global
principle?
The answer to these questions constitutes the focus of the paper. No doubt, labour strike is worker’s right and a
notable lubricant of the industrial relations system, It is a powerful tool in the hand of labour to assert their right,
but it is a costly equilibrating mechanism, not good for any industrial relations system. The right to strike subsists
within the Nigerian industrial relations system and endows labour with power to express their dissatisfaction, but
guided by the framework of labour law and regulations. The paper unfolds that both the procedural and
substantive limitations, imposed on the right to strike in Nigeria are in tandem with the global principle, but still
need to satisfy the test of reasonableness. It recommends that industrial relations needs to be humanised and a
better attitude of the state and other employers towards employees must be cultivated in order to reduce excessive
industrial actions, foster peaceful co-existence and ensure amity between labour and management in Nigerian
work organisations

Driving School Autonomy: Catalyzing Change and Improvement of Teacher Performance in Eastern Indonesia
Sitti Roskina Mas 1, Arifin 2, Besse Marhawati 3, and Abdul Kadim Masaong 4
DOI: https://doi.org/10.56293/IJMSSSR.2025.5539
ABSTRACT: Indonesia's education reform through the driving school, Sekolah Penggerak, program promotes studentcentered, collaborative learning. Teachers now guide rather than instruct, using varied resources in place of
isolated methods. The program’s nationwide rollout ensures access across regions. SDN 2 Telaga, located in
Gorontalo, a province in eastern Indonesia, is one of the driving schools in this region, granted with autonomy,
and serving as a catalyst for education transformation of surrounding schools. However, the autonomy granted to
principals of driving schools to transform education by improving the teacher competencies in developing regions
is rarely documented. This study aimed to examine how the school autonomy in teaching staff management
enhances teacher competency development. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected
through in-depth interviews with teachers and administrators. The findings showed that autonomy granted from
driving school program allowed school principals to improve teacher performance through four main strategies:
(1) matching teacher roles with student needs to support more effective teaching, (2) building partnerships to
develop students’ overall skills, (3) applying clear accountability through rewards and consequences, and (4)
evaluating teacher management through direct observation and supervision, in coordination with the local
education office. These efforts help turn decentralization into real improvements in teaching quality and support
the goals of national curriculum reform. These insights provide practical frameworks for policymakers aiming to
implement school autonomy reforms, particularly in developing or rural regions.
